After contacting us through our online form (below), we’ll set up a virtual meeting, you’ll receive a proposal, and select your desired package(s). Afterwards, a 30% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

Life happens—we get it. If you cancel, the non-refundable retainer helps cover the time and planning already invested. If it's more than 90 days out, you're off the hook for anything else. If we are closer than 90 days before the wedding, 50% of the total is still owed. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to make it work!

While every wedding is different, you can generally expect a minimum of 400–600 edited images for a full-day wedding. We don’t cap the number we deliver—we include all the best moments that meet our quality standards. If it’s a shorter event, the image count will scale accordingly.

We know you’ll be excited to relive the day. Delivery is within 6–8 weeks, but we always try to get them to you sooner when we can.

Yes! You can download, print, and share them as much as you’d like for personal use. We just ask that you don’t sell or edit them without checking in first.

Most likely, yes—but only the best ones. We love showing off our amazing couples (and our work!). If you'd prefer to keep things private, just let us know in writing before the big day.

If we’re with you for 8+ hours, a hot meal helps us stay energized and focused. We don’t need the fancy plated dinner—just something warm and filling to keep us going.

If something wild or totally out of our control happens (like a blizzard or emergency), we’ll work with you to reschedule. Refunds for missed services will be considered case by case.

We work around people as best we can, but we can’t guarantee every shot if someone jumps in front of the camera—or if a venue has restrictions. That said, we’ll always advocate politely to get the best results.

Your photos will be up for 2 full years, giving you plenty of time to download and back them up safely. We recommend saving them in multiple places just in case!
